Dundreggan Lodge

Dundreggan Lodge

Used for accommodation on Dundreggan, Tree Nursery and Wildlife Weeks. The recently converted lodge is Trees for Life's fieldbase and is located on the southern boundary of Dundreggan Estate, overlooking the River Moriston. Facilities include three bunkrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, large lounge/dining area, two bath/shower rooms and a drying room.

Please bring a sleeping bag.

Flora MacDonald's Hostel

Used for accommodation on Isle of Skye weeks. We have exclusive use of the cosy Flora MacDonald’s Hostel, which stands in magnificent surroundings at Kilmore in the southern end of the Isle of Skye. Facilities include two dorms, a well-equipped kitchen, lounge area and drying room. The hostel is approximately half an hour’s drive from the work site at Kinloch Hills, however some tasks may require a longer drive.

Sleeping bag not required.

Tomich Holiday Chalets

Used for accommodation on Glen Affric and RSPB Corrimony weeks. These spacious, well-equipped lodges are set amongst tranquil birch woodland. There are on-site laundry and drying facilities, a games room and, from April - October, a swimming pool.

Sleeping bag not required.

Highgarry Lodges

Highgarry Lodges

Used for accommodation on Glen Garry weeks. The two cosy and spacious wooden cabins each sleep six and have well-appointed kitchens and bathrooms, with panoramic views across Glen Garry and the surrounding mountains and pine forests. Please note that each chalet contains one twin room and two double rooms. There are on-site laundry and drying facilities.

Culligran Cottages

Used for accommodation on Glen Strathfarrar weeks. These comfortable and spacious wooden chalets are set in tranquil surroundings in this stunning glen. Each is equipped with a large sitting, dining and kitchen area and there are on-site laundry and drying facilities.

Glen Affric Youth Hostel

Glen Affric Youth Hostel

Used for accommodation on West Affric weeks. A remote, rustic hostel surrounded by mountains on the beautiful West Affric Estate. It has simple facilities that are shared with other visitors. There is a well-equipped small kitchen, common room and dormitories. Please note that there is a four mile walk to reach the hostel on the first day.

The New Lodge - Ben Damph

The New Lodge - Ben Damph

The Ben Damph Log House is a handcrafted construction made entirely of 100 year-old Scots pine, Douglas fir and European larch, sourced from the Estate. The spacious accommodation is spread over two floors and comfortably sleeps 12 people with a terrace overlooking the entire sweep of Loch Torridon with Ben Alligin behind.
