Trees for Life Calendar 2008
This exceptional wall calendar is an annual celebration of the richness and diversity of our planet's forests. It combines 13 large and 12
small full colour, high quality photographs of trees, forests and their wildlife from around the world with information about the state of
the forests in each featured country, and addresses for conservation groups in each area. The calendar measures 30 x 33 cm (12 x 13 in) when
folded, opening to 66 cm (26 in), and includes plenty of space to write in appointments etc.
The 2008 edition features an insightful and evocative essay about the importance of Scotland's native forests by Cameron McNeish, who is a well-known author, broadcaster and wilderness advocate, and is also the editor of The Great Outdoors Magazine.

Trees for Life Engagement Diary 2008
The 2008 edition is beautifully illustrated with photographs from 34 countries all over the world, from the Solomon Islands and Iran to Ghana and Argentina, as well as the Caledonian Forest in Scotland. It also includes a specially-written introductory essay entitled 'The History Tree' by the noted Scottish author Jim Crumley. Other features include information about many of the areas depicted, a glossary of forest types around the world, a list of tree- and forest-related sites on the World Wide Web and contact addresses for conservation groups in the areas featured in the photographs, all of which combine to make the diary both highly informative and eminently practical. The diary measures 16 x 23.5 cm (6 x 9 in).
