A living legacy
Let us help you to celebrate the life of your loved one,
with a special grove of trees planted in their name.
Losing a loved one is never easy. Sometimes it's hard to find a unique and meaningful way to remember them. At Trees for Life we are often asked to plant a tree as a living memorial by individuals and we are deeply touched by the dedications that come in to us. More recently we have been asked to plant whole groves of trees by friends and family who have all contributed to the creation of the grove. These groves of trees will form part of the Caledonian Forest. They'll never be cut down and will be both a lasting memorial and a legacy for future generations. We'll also give you the co-ordinates of the planting area and directions of how to get there so you can visit.

How to set up
If you would like to enable the family, friends and colleagues of a loved one to plant a grove of trees in their memory, you can set this up very simply.
Take a look at the existing grove pages, and send us details of what you'd like; then we'll set up the grove. Send us an email at info@treesforlife.org.uk with the subject line 'Memorial Page Request', with:
- The text as you would like it to read on the page
- A photograph of the person the grove is for, in .jpg format
- The person's full name
- YOUR contact address and phone number (these will not appear on the page)
Your Memorial Gift Certificate
You may choose to have a certificate created for your grove. If you would like this, we will post it to
you at a date of your choice.

You can create a grove for a
wedding, to mark the birth of a
baby, as a living
memorial, or to
celebrate events such as birthdays and anniversaries.
Alternatively, you can dedicate a tree as a gift.
