Rainbows in the Forest

With its changeable weather, the Caledonian Forest often has ‘rainbow days’, when these prismatic arcs appear in the sky again and again, due to the interplay of sun and rain.

"My heart leaps up when I behold
A rainbow in the sky"

-- William Wordsworth
