Companies supporting Trees for Life

Bettys & Taylor’s of Harrogate

The North Yorkshire business Bettys & Taylor’s of Harrogate, makers of Yorkshire Tea, are long standing supporters of Trees for Life, as it runs a tree planting scheme of the same name. It has given significant donations to various Trees for Life projects since 2000, including the Allt na Muic Forest Corridor project, the development of the Trees for Life nursery at Plodda Lodge and the purchase of the 10,000 acre Dundreggan Estate.. Some of the staff have also travelled to Scotland for several site visits, while Trees for Life’s Executive Director Alan Watson Featherstone has given a presentation about the charity’s work to some of its senior staff at their Harrogate base.

“Our family business has long been committed to tree planting and we have worked with Trees for Life for many years. They have always been a very inspirational and exciting charity to support.”
