Position available at Trees for Life: Marketing and Development Co-ordinator

6-month contract up to 35 hours a week (possible permanent position)
Start 27th July

The award winning conservation charity Trees for Life is looking for an experienced and highly motivated person to join the team, due to a period of sabbatical leave.

Making a positive contribution to the vision of the charity and working with the current Development plan, you will take responsibility for all aspects of Sales and Marketing, focusing principally on maximising revenue from:

  • Individual and Corporate Donations – responding to enquiries, maintaining good donor relations, and implementing the strategy to attract new company support.
  • Membership – maintaining and improving our existing membership schemes.
  • Sales of TFL merchandise – implementing strategy to increase sales
  • New Marketing initiatives – including a major donor programme, and Payroll Giving
  • PR – proactive liaison with media outlets and other supportive organisations.

Creative and energetic, you will be an excellent communicator with a positive and flexible approach to tasks. You will have good project management skills, show initiative, and be highly organised.

Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience. A period of training will be given and regular ongoing support provided.
